In athletics we do basketball drills and we lift weights. About every week we run the track. Coach Spodick is cool. Right now we do squats and bench press. Our basketball drills drill passing and screening away, long pass and free throws.

I love offseason. It Is actually really fun even though we just run a lot. I really do think it is helping me become a better athlete.
